There will NOT be class on Wednesday August 8th. There is an all day dance workshop that day at Howard School of Dance. Pick your most needed pose and breathe through it a little on your own instead. You could even cheat and pick one you love, no one would know. I will see you, as usual, on Wednesday August 1st and again on Wednesday August 15th from 10:15am – 11:30am with no expected interruptions afterward.
