All classes have 2 price options:
Pay-What-You-Can! can be paid in any amount, cash only, when you arrive for class
$10 per class, can be paid when you register by a card on file or when you arrive by cash, check or card
Registration opens 7 days before class and either pay when you book or pay when you come to class. We have mats and props available. Wear something that you can move easily in, and keep in mind that shirts that are baggy may get in your way. You may want to bring a small towel and a water bottle.

Joga Yoga for Everyone is a vinyasa based Joga class with a wide variety of poses, with emphasis on breath and alignment. Class varies from week to week as each class is designed to suit the needs of students each time, adjusting for ability, experience or injury. Jo uses expert adjustments to keep everyone safe and appropriately challenged. Anyone with any level of experience, of any body type and of any age will benefit from this class. This class is open to anyone who can safely get up and down stairs or from the floor safely on their own.

Movement for a Lifetime is for building better foundations of movement. With small class sizes that allow for plenty of individual attention, you will learn movement basics that will protect your strength and mobility for a lifetime. Learn how to correctly and safely walk up and down stairs, get up or down to or from the floor, improve your balance and find your missing core strength. This class is appropriate for most people, including teens, athletes, postpartum parents, people with artificial joints, and those who currently are struggling with their balance, strength or mobility, but are able and willing to improve.

Qigong class teaches a progression of routines from Meditation to TaiChi to Qigong . These simple but powerful exercises work from the stillness of meditation, to the active circulation of QiGong, to the absorb and project energy cycle of TaiChi, to create a well rounded approach to energetic balancing. These exercises reduce stress and have been shown to improve virtually every area of physical, mental and emotional health. This class is great for everyone looking to improve their health, balance, immune system and energy levels. Participants should wear loose fitting clothing and comfortable shoes.

Re-Introduction to Movement
This class is designed for people with artificial joints, fusions, arthritis, anxiety about movement and anyone who hasn’t exercised in a long time and may not feel safe starting on their own. Taught by Andrea Julian, Certified Functional Movement Trainer, with years of professional and personal experience with many types of injuries and bodies.

Dizzy Zebras
This special class is for people with Orthostatic Intolerance and joint instabilities. This combination makes conditioning difficult, but it can be done! We will discuss appropriate hydration,electrolyte intake and how to move safely and efficiently. This class is taught by Andrea Julian, a Certified Functional Movement Trainer, who has decades of experience working with POTS, EDS and other disorders.
