All classes are $8 per class. Registration opens 7 days before class and either pay when you book or pay when you come to class. We have a few mats available for yoga. Wear something that you can move easily in, and keep in mind that shirts that are baggy may get in your way. You may want to bring a small towel and a water bottle.

Joga Yoga for Flexibility focuses on creating mobility in stiff (or artificial) joints. It’s a vinyasa based Joga class with a wide variety of poses, with emphasis on breath and alignment (as always), but with the goal of opening up hips and shoulders as the main focus every time. This class is great for beginners or advanced students. The only mobility requirement is the ability to get up and down stairs or from the floor safely on your own.
Joga Yoga for Stability focuses on building strength and awareness through “core” muscles groups. It’s a vinyasa based Joga class with a wide variety of poses, with emphasis on breath and alignment (as always), but with the goal of creating more stability for a more functional frame. This class is open to anyone who can safely get up and down stairs or from the floor safely on their own. It is ideal for people who lock their knees, have been told they have weak ankles or flat arches, recovering from with hypermobility disorders (like Ehler’s Danlos) or rebuilding after pregnancy. Jo’s watchful eye and expert adjustments will keep everyone safe as they discover their strength.
Joga Yoga for Everyone is a vinyasa based Joga class with a wide variety of poses, with emphasis on breath and alignment. Class varies from week to week as each class is designed to suit the needs of students each time, adjusting for ability, experience or injury. Jo uses expert adjustments to keep everyone safe and appropriately challenged. Anyone with any level of experience, of any body type and of any age will benefit from this class. This class is open to anyone who can safely get up and down stairs or from the floor safely on their own.
Movement for a Lifetime is for building better foundations of movement. With small class sizes that allow for plenty of individual attention, you will learn movement basics that will protect your strength and mobility for a lifetime. Learn how to correctly and safely walk up and down stairs, get up or down to or from the floor, improve your balance and find your missing core strength. This class is appropriate for most people, including teens, athletes, postpartum parents, people with artificial joints, and those who currently are struggling with their balance, strength or mobility, but are able and willing to improve.
Qigong class teaches a progression of routines from Meditation to TaiChi to Qigong . These simple but powerful exercises work from the stillness of meditation, to the active circulation of QiGong, to the absorb and project energy cycle of TaiChi, to create a well rounded approach to energetic balancing. These exercises reduce stress and have been shown to improve virtually every area of physical, mental and emotional health. This class is great for everyone looking to improve their health, balance, immune system and energy levels. Participants should wear loose fitting clothing and comfortable shoes.
