Joga Yoga for Flexibility focuses on creating mobility in stiff (or artificial) joints. It’s a vinyasa based Joga class with a wide variety of poses, with emphasis on breath and alignment (as always), but with the goal of opening up hips and shoulders as the main focus every time. This class is great for beginners or advanced students. The only mobility requirement is the ability to get up and down stairs or from the floor safely on your own.
Joga Yoga for Stability focuses on building strength and awareness through “core” muscles groups. It is ideal for people who lock their knees, have been told they have weak ankles or flat arches, recovering from with hypermobility disorders (like Ehler’s Danlos) or rebuilding after pregnancy.
