You can reserve your spot beginning 7 days before class and either pay when you book or pay when you come to class. We have a few mats available for yoga. Wear something that you can move easily in, and keep in mind that shirts that are baggy may get in your way. You may want to bring a small towel and a water bottle.

Krav Maga Group Training is a small group session teaching the basics of Krav Maga. It is a military self-defense and fighting system developed for the Israel Defense Forces that derived from a combination of techniques sourced from boxing, wrestling, aikido, judo and karate, along with realistic fight training. Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and its extreme efficiency. From the outset, the original concept of Krav Maga was to take the most simple and practical techniques of other fighting styles and to make them rapidly teachable to military conscripts and common person. Participants should remember to wear gym shoes. Each session involves contact under supervision. See examples of Ehud teaching by clicking here.
