Time Out for Adults is meditation for everyone. If you feel like you wish you had a reset button on your brain, but don’t feel comfortable chanting, sitting on the floor or comparing yourself to a flower, then this class is perfect for you. We keep things simple, accessible and no-nonsense. We try to make the class as accessible as possible by keeping it downstairs and in chairs, but there is a small curb to enter the building. Come as you are and we will give you the space and support to enjoy the profound benefits of a simple meditation.
Movement for a Lifetime is for building better foundations of movement. With small class sizes that allow for plenty of individual attention, you will learn movement basics that will protect your strength and mobility for a lifetime. Learn how to correctly and safely walk up and down stairs, get up or down to or from the floor, improve your balance and find your missing core strength. This class is appropriate for most people, including teens, athletes, postpartum parents, people with artificial joints, and those who currently are struggling with their balance, strength or mobility, but are able and willing to improve.
Yoga for Stress Management prioritizes mindful breath and movement using yoga techniques to reduce stress. This class is great for anyone who wants to increase their self awareness.
