yoga mix

Our joga classes are yoga classes with a strong emphasis on physiologically sound asana to help promote strength and flexibility. They are taught by example, verbal instruction, and physical adjustments by knowledgeable and experienced teachers. We call them joga because true yoga is ‘eight-limbed’ in that it includes spiritual and mental aspects, whereas our classes emphasis the somatic (or physical) aspect of the practice, leaving room for individual growth in spiritual and mental life.

 

 

private yoga

Our private yoga sessions are classes in which you are the sole focus! Receive the benefit of your instructor's undivided attention and assistance to meet your personal goals. These one on one sessions can be used to complement your classes every now and then or you can set up standing appointments and treat them as your weekly class. There is no better way to attain a full understanding of your current needs.
