We are delighted to add Qigong to our class schedule starting April 23rd. Mary Cheers will be teaching on Tuesday nights from 6pm-7pm. Her class teaches a progression of routines from Meditation to TaiChi to Qigong . These simple but powerful exercises work from the stillness of meditation, to the active circulation of QiGong, to the absorb and project energy cycle of TaiChi, to create a well rounded approach to energetic balancing. These exercises reduce stress and have been shown to improve virtually every area of physical, mental and emotional health. This class is great for everyone looking to improve their health, balance, immune system and energy levels. Participants should wear loose fitting clothing and comfortable shoes.
