Jo Groth is a licensed medical massage therapist and certified yoga instructor whose passion is helping people understand the way their body works so it can feel and function better.

As a yoga instructor, she strives to aid people in their own discovery of their abilites. She focuses on breath and alignment, uses plain language and keeps a sense of humor throughout. In the last ten years she has taught yoga for people of all ages, abilities and levels of experience including the Kettering City Swim Team, University of Dayton's Lifelong Learning Institute, Girl Scouts of Buckeye Trails, Great Oaks Schools of Cincinnati, Dayton Metro Libraries, neurologists, fellow yoga instructors, toddlers, massage therapists, physical therapists, pain management physicians, cancer survivors, expectant mothers, body builders, marathon runners, golfers, cage fighters many local corporations during their times of highest office stress.

As a massage therapist she strives to find the source of malfunction. She has worked with past and present members of the State of Ohio Medical Board, various neurologists, yoga instructors, massage therapists, physical therapists, pain management physicians, behavior-challenged children, cancer survivors, young athletes, people living with autoimmune disorders (especially fibromyalgia and MS), expectant mothers, body builders, marathon runners, cage fighters, panic attack sufferers, survivors with PTSD, chiropractors, people with post-chemo paralysis  and everyone in between.

As a business owner she maintains a high standard of professionalism and detailed attention for everyone she sees. Her goal is to help as many people as her time will allow and will always give her full attention to the body in front of her. As many local charities know, she is always willing to donate her products, time or knowledge to a good cause.

As a member of the human race she is a mother of two, a sister to three and a total geek. Be prepared for a lengthy rant if you want to talk about health and physiology with her, especially in regards to food or medicine.
