Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner
Nicole Roark is a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN) practitioner new to the Dayton, Ohio area. Her journey into holistic wellness began after she was diagnosed with chronic late-stage Lyme disease in 2010. Passionate about regaining her health, she began to research natural healing methods, eventually completing the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition certification course. The results have been life-changing!
“Seeing the transformation in my own life has given me the desire to help others overcome the health challenges they face,” she relates. “I want to be an encouragement, a ray of hope for people who need support and guidance in their journey toward health and wellness.”
Her areas of expertise include detoxification therapies and identification and correction of the underlying causes of chronic illness. Her mission is to help you achieve a holistic lifestyle and make educated decisions that allow you to develop a healthy body, home, and family.
When she’s not working with clients, Nicole can often be found in the kitchen, whipping up a batch of lacto-fermented vegetables or harvesting her own kombucha. She also enjoys photography, exploring the great outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
